Check-In and Check-Out Procedures at The Pioneer Motel
To accommodate all our guests efficiently, check-in time is set at 3:00 pm, while check-out is at 11:00 am. If you anticipate arriving earlier or later than our standard check-in time, providing us with your Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) at the time of booking allows our team at The Pioneer Motel to personalize your welcome experience.
Should you require a late check-out, please contact our front desk to request this service. Please note that late check-out is subject to availability based on our occupancy levels and may incur additional charges. We recommend making such requests as early as possible during your stay.
Understanding The Pioneer Motel Cancellation and Reservation Guidelines
We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fair practices for all guests and efficient management of our rooms at The Pioneer Motel, we have a clear cancellation policy. For confirmed reservations, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be the financial responsibility of the traveler. In such cases, the full stay amount will be charged. A refund will only be issued if we are able to re-rent the reserved room.
To secure your reservation at The Pioneer Motel, all bookings require a guarantee with a valid major credit card, including the expiration date. It’s important to ensure the credit card details are accurate and up-to-date, as invalid credit card information may lead to reservation cancellation. The Pioneer Motel cannot hold any reservation without a valid credit card guarantee.
For security and verification purposes, reservations will be pre-authorized for the total stay amount on the morning of your arrival. If the provided method of guarantee does not permit the pre-authorization, the reservation will be held until 5pm local time on the arrival day, after which it may be cancelled.

The Pioneer Motel is committed to providing a comfortable and healthy environment for all our guests. We maintain a strict set of policies to ensure everyone’s well-being and enjoyment during their stay.
100% Smoke-Free Policy
The Pioneer Motel is a completely non-smoking property. This policy applies to all areas of the motel, including guest rooms, sidewalks, and extends to vape pens as well. We have designated a specific smoking area for guests who wish to smoke. To ensure the cleanliness and freshness of our rooms for all guests, a $400.00 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected in a guest room. This fee will be applied to the guest folio either before or after check-out. Furthermore, please be aware that marijuana is strictly prohibited anywhere on The Pioneer Motel property.
Pet Policy: Welcoming Your Canine Companions
We are pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations in designated rooms for guests traveling with dogs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cats at this time. A pet fee of $50 per visit (not per night) will be applied to your stay. Additionally, a $200 security deposit may be required. For the safety and comfort of all guests, certain dog breeds are not permitted. We also require that all dogs have current vaccinations and are kept on a leash at all times while on the property. For your convenience, we provide complimentary bags for pet waste clean-up. Bringing a pet into a non-pet-friendly room will result in a $300.00 cleaning fee, and you may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Occupancy and Extra Person Charges
Our room rates at The Pioneer Motel are determined by the room type and standard occupancy: Queen rooms accommodate up to 2 guests, King rooms up to 2 guests, and Queen/Queen rooms up to 4 guests. Exceeding these occupancy limits due to fire code regulations will result in an extra person charge of $150 per person, per night. Guests exceeding room occupancy may also be asked to leave immediately to comply with safety standards.
