Race Day Staging and Call-Up Procedures at Prescott Pioneer Park
Organization is paramount at Prescott Pioneer Park, and race staging is meticulously planned to ensure fairness and efficiency. Rider positions are determined by their overall performance in the current season, meaning this weekend’s staging will reflect the results from Race #1. The top ten performers in each category will experience the prestige of a call-up. Their names will be announced, inviting them to the starting line, a moment of recognition for their hard work and skill.
It is each rider’s responsibility to be informed about their staging position and to be present at the designated area at the scheduled time, listening attentively for their name to be called. Riders who miss their call-up will be placed behind all the pre-staged riders, emphasizing the importance of punctuality and attentiveness. For those new to ACA events, and thus without a prior race record, placement will be at random towards the back of their race field, offering a fair start for all participants at Prescott Pioneer Park.
