Scheduled for Saturday, February 15th and Sunday, February 16th, 2025, this special edition of Pioneer Days promises to be bigger and better than ever, honoring 100 years of Deerfield Beach history and community spirit. Originally known as Founders’ Days, Pioneer Days has evolved into a beloved tradition, and this year’s celebration will be a milestone event you won’t want to miss.

Pioneer Days Deerfield Beach offers a vibrant mix of activities for all ages. Immerse yourself in the carnival atmosphere with thrilling rides, browse unique arts and crafts from local vendors, and soak up the beach vibes at the tiki bar. Food vendors will be serving up a delicious array of treats to satisfy every craving, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy throughout the weekend. And of course, no festival is complete without live music, and Pioneer Days will deliver an impressive lineup of bands to keep the energy high.
Don’t Miss the Pioneer Days Parade
A highlight of Pioneer Days is the annual parade, a colorful procession showcasing community groups and local spirit. For 2025, the parade will assemble at St. Ambrose Catholic School (363 SE 12th Ave) and step off at 10:00 AM sharp. The route will proceed east along Hillsboro Boulevard, then north onto AIA, offering scenic views as it passes the pier, before heading south along the beachfront. Adding a special rhythm to the celebration, the Grand Marshal for the 2024 Pioneer Days Parade will be the energetic Junkanoo Band! The 2025 parade theme, fittingly, will be “Celebrating 100 Years!”, promising creative and celebratory floats and entries. Following the parade, an awards ceremony will be held on the beach to recognize the best parade participants.
