Shipping Information for Your Pioneer Mini Split System
We currently ship exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other US territories, nor do we offer international shipping. Due to the size and weight of our mini split equipment, we partner with reputable freight companies for all shipments. To ensure your order arrives safely, each shipment is palletized, securely strapped, and wrapped in protective stretch film.
Upon delivery of your Pioneer mini split, the driver can break down the pallet into individual boxes for easier unloading from the truck. Lift Gate service is generally included as a standard part of our service. This is a curbside delivery service, meaning the driver will unload your order to ground level at the curb. If you require inside delivery service, this can be arranged for an additional fee, which must be paid separately and coordinated directly with the freight company. We also offer free customer pickup from our main distribution warehouse located in the Miami area. Please be aware that due to their weight and the risk of damage, our equipment is not suitable for express or courier shipping methods.
Due to increased order volume during our busy season, larger orders may require an additional 3-5 business days for preparation before shipment. Our team is working diligently to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We will proactively communicate with you should there be any unexpected delays or questions regarding your order.
We typically prepare each shipment within 72 hours of payment receipt (weekdays only). Freight companies usually pick up shipments on the same day or the day after we notify them of readiness. Transit times can range from 5 to 8 business days, and in some rare instances, up to 12 business days.
Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has shipped. Please contact us if you experience any delays in shipment. IT IS CRUCIAL TO DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS, EMAIL, AND PHONE NUMBER when placing your order. A valid phone number and accurate delivery address are necessary to schedule delivery and ensure smooth receipt of your Pioneer mini split system. Someone must be present to sign for and receive the delivery. The delivery company will call the provided phone number to arrange a delivery appointment for residential addresses. If an invalid phone number is provided, delivery cannot be scheduled, and the shipment may be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival at the delivery terminal. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be treated as returned merchandise.
Upon arrival, carefully count all cartons and verify the quantity against the delivery receipt before signing. Open the cartons and thoroughly inspect your mini split components for any signs of shipping damage. All Pioneer products undergo rigorous inspection in ISO-regulated facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Should you notice any shipping damage, report it to the freight carrier immediately on the delivery receipt and file a claim with them. Please also contact us with a description of the damage and supporting photographs. While shipping damage is infrequent, it can occur, and we are here to assist you in resolving any issues.
