Please be aware that new speed cubes may occasionally experience “pops” during initial use. This is a common occurrence where pieces may detach without damage and can usually be reassembled by hand. Pops are not typically considered defects if the cube can be easily reassembled.
A reminder that 2×2 puzzles should not have their corners twisted, as this can damage the pieces. Damage resulting from corner twisting is not covered under our defect guarantee.
