Getting Your Tickets at The Mercantile
Tickets for the Lodge tours are free and available exclusively on the day of your tour. Simply ask a friendly Mercantile employee for a ticket upon your arrival at The Merc. There’s no need to worry about availability as there’s no limit to the number of tickets distributed on tour dates. Tickets are handed out at The Merc from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, so plan your visit accordingly.
Lodge Tour Hours and Dates
The Pioneer Woman House, The Lodge, welcomes visitors between 9 am and 5 pm on scheduled open dates. To fully enjoy your visit and explore all that The Lodge has to offer, please ensure you collect your ticket no later than 3:30 pm. This will give you ample time to wander through the spaces and soak in the beautiful ranch views before closing time.
