Shipping Information
We proudly ship exclusively to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other US Territories, nor do we offer international shipping. Due to the substantial size and weight of our specialized equipment, including items perfect for your eco-oasis setup, we rely on reputable freight companies for all shipments. Each order is meticulously prepared; palletized, securely strapped, and encased in protective stretch film to prevent damage during transit.
Upon delivery, you have the option to request the driver to disassemble the pallet into individual cartons for easier unloading. Lift Gate service is generally included, providing curbside delivery. The delivery driver will unload your items from the truck to ground level. Should you require inside delivery service, this can be arranged for an additional fee, payable separately and coordinated directly with the freight company. We also offer complimentary pickup from our main distribution center, conveniently located in the Miami area. Please be aware that due to their weight and fragility, our equipment, including components for Pioneer Ecoasis 50 and similar systems, are not suitable for express or courier shipping.
Due to an unprecedented surge in order volume during this busy season, please anticipate an additional 3-5 business days for larger orders to be prepared for shipment. Our team is working diligently around the clock to ensure all orders are dispatched promptly. We will proactively communicate with you should any unforeseen delays or questions arise.
We typically prepare each shipment within 72 hours of payment receipt (weekdays only). Freight companies usually collect shipments on the same day or the day after we notify them of readiness. Transit times typically range from 5 to 8 business days, and in rare instances, may extend up to 12 business days.
Tracking information will be provided to you once your shipment has been dispatched. Should you experience any shipping delays, please do not hesitate to contact us. It is crucial to CAREFULLY VERIFY YOUR DELIVERY INFORMATION, ensuring the accuracy of your delivery address, email, and a valid phone number when placing your order. Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time. The delivery company will contact you at the provided phone number to arrange a delivery appointment for residential addresses. If an invalid phone number is provided, delivery cannot be completed, and the shipment will be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be treated as returned merchandise.
Upon arrival, carefully count all cartons and verify against the number indicated on the delivery receipt before signing. Thoroughly inspect the contents of each carton for any signs of damage. All our products undergo rigorous inspection under strict ISO regulated facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, clearly document it on the delivery receipt and immediately file a claim with the freight carrier. Additionally, please contact us with a detailed description of the damage, accompanied by photographs. While shipping damages are infrequent, we are here to assist you in resolving any issues.
