We understand that pets are family, and we aim to create an enjoyable environment for every guest, including your furry companions. To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone, we have established the following pet policies. We kindly request all our guests to adhere to these guidelines.
Certain dog breeds, as defined by AKC and due to insurance restrictions, are not permitted within the resort. These breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers/Chows, American Bulldogs, and Wolf Hybrids. It is essential to declare your dog’s breed accurately when making your reservation. Failure to disclose this information may result in denial of entry for your pet upon arrival. Any pet exhibiting aggressive or vicious behavior, or engaging in excessive barking, will lead to eviction from the park without any refunds.
To maintain hygiene and courtesy, pets are restricted from entering cabins, buildings, swimming pool areas, spas, offices, and the store. However, we want your pets to enjoy the outdoor spaces with you. For their safety and the consideration of other guests, all pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your RV site.
For your convenience, you may use a dog pen appropriate for your dog’s size at your site during the day, provided you are present in your RV or on your site. Leaving pets unattended outside your rig is not allowed unless within a pen and while supervised. Importantly, no pet is to be left outside unattended overnight. We also ask for your consideration regarding noise; please do not leave dogs unattended for extended periods if they are prone to barking when left alone, whether inside your RV or outside.
Maintaining a clean environment is a shared responsibility. If your pet eliminates anywhere within the park, including your site, it is mandatory to pick up the droppings immediately, bag them, and dispose of them properly in designated waste bins. Please prevent pets from relieving themselves on shrubs, flowerbeds, landscaping, planted areas, or boardwalks.
As a pet owner, you are responsible for your pet’s actions and any damage they may cause to resort property or the property of others. You will be assessed applicable charges to cover any expenses related to damage repairs caused by your pet.
Repeated violations of these pet policies may unfortunately result in immediate eviction from Pioneer RV Resort. Finally, to ensure the health and safety of all pets and guests, all pets must be up-to-date on all required vaccinations and be free of communicable diseases.
