Getting Started and General Safety Regulations

To activate the spray park features, simply locate the orange activator post and push the hand icon. Remember, safety is our top priority, and your cooperation is essential in maintaining a secure environment for all visitors.

Please note that the Pioneer Spray Park is an unsupervised area, and users participate at their own risk. The park management is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items, so please keep your belongings secure. For the safety of young children, we highly recommend that children under 12 years of age are accompanied and supervised by a parent or a responsible adult guardian at all times.

We expect all visitors to conduct themselves in a courteous, safe, and family-friendly manner. To ensure a positive atmosphere for everyone, activities such as running, rough play, horseplay, and the use of foul language or any other disturbances are strictly prohibited within the spray park area.

For your safety and to preserve the equipment, please refrain from climbing, hanging, swinging, or pulling on any of the spray park features. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all, toys and glass containers or breakable objects are not permitted within the splash pad area. Similarly, to keep the area clean and hygienic, food and beverages of any kind are not allowed inside the spray park.

The Pioneer Spray Park is designed exclusively for recreational water play. Bathing or personal hygiene activities are not permitted in the spray park area. For hygiene and safety, water shoes or sandals are highly recommended for all users. Street shoes are not allowed on the splash pad surface.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all users, skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, and scooters are not permitted within the spray park. However, strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs are allowed for accessibility. Finally, Pioneer Spray Park is a non-smoking environment. This includes all forms of smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our park air clean and healthy for everyone.

Health and Hygiene Guidelines

The spray park utilizes recirculated water for its features. It is extremely important to remember that this water is not for drinking. Please ensure children are aware of this and avoid drinking the spray park water.

For the health and safety of all children, those who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper specifically designed for water use, and this must be covered by rubber pants to prevent any contamination of the spray park water.

To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, animals are not allowed on or near the splash pad. Pollution of the spray area is strictly prohibited. This includes urinating, defecating, spitting, or blowing the nose within the splash pad area. Your adherence to these health guidelines is crucial for maintaining a safe and enjoyable space for everyone.
