Shipping Information
All prices listed on our website are in US dollars. We utilize reliable shipping services such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your orders. Rest assured that your personal data is handled with utmost confidentiality and will never be sold or shared with external parties.
Transit Time
While we strive to deliver your gear promptly, please note that estimated shipping times provided by FedEx or USPS are not guaranteed. Delays beyond our control are possible, and refunds will not be issued for such instances. Estimated ship times do not include handling and processing. For most in-stock items, you can expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. We understand the anticipation of receiving your new Pioneer CDJ-3000 or DJM-A9 and work diligently to minimize any delays.
International Import Duties
For our international customers eager to experience the Pioneer CDJ-3000 or DJM-A9, please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes. These taxes are levied by your local customs authority and must be paid upon arrival of your order. To provide clarity, duties and taxes, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during the checkout process after you have selected your preferred shipping method.
DJTT Fast and Fair Returns Policy
Pioneer Technology, in alignment with DJTT’s commitment to customer satisfaction, aims to provide you with high-quality gear in excellent condition. We understand that sometimes a product might not perfectly meet your needs. Therefore, we offer a speedy and fair return or replacement process.
For most brand-new products, including components compatible with Pioneer CDJ-3000 and DJM-A9 setups, you can return them within 30 days from the original shipment date. Please refer to our Product Exceptions page for specific product exclusions. Returns are generally free of additional fees unless:
- The product exhibits visible signs of wear or damage beyond initial inspection.
- The product is returned without its original box, packaging, accessories, or manuals.
If the returned item is not defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Furthermore, the cost of the original shipment will be deducted from your refund.
For products falling outside the 30-day return window, warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer, adhering to their respective policies and procedures. Replacements for defective units will be dispatched once the faulty product is returned to and received at our facility for inspection.
Equipment Warranties
All DJ TechTools products, encompassing the Midi Fighters, Chroma Cables, Chroma Caps, and other Chroma accessories often used alongside Pioneer CDJ-3000 and DJM-A9 setups, are backed by a 1-year full warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not protect against damage resulting from physical abuse (dropping, hitting, slamming, etc.) or water damage. Upon notification, receipt, and inspection of a broken product covered under warranty, DJ TechTools will send out a replacement product at no additional cost. Any unauthorized modifications to the equipment will void the warranty. If you purchased your device from an authorized reseller, please contact them directly for replacement or service. It’s important to note that DJTT MIDI controllers and accessories purchased from non-authorized vendors do not come with a warranty.
Third-Party Product Warranties
Warranty claims for all third-party products, which may include items used in conjunction with Pioneer CDJ-3000 and DJM-A9 systems, are managed directly by the respective manufacturer. Pioneer Technology facilitates third-party exchanges within 15 days of you receiving the item. Please note that technical support for third-party products is not provided by Pioneer Technology and should be sought from the product manufacturer.
