Understanding Our Shipping Process

We proudly ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories, nor do we offer international shipping. Given the size and weight of our high-quality equipment, including items like the Pioneer Diamante 3 Zone, we partner with reputable freight companies to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Every shipment is meticulously prepared: palletized, securely strapped, and wrapped in protective stretch film to prevent damage during transit. For your convenience, upon arrival, you can request the driver to break down the pallet into individual cartons for easier unloading. Lift Gate service is generally included as part of our standard curbside delivery. This means the driver will unload your order to ground level at the curb. If you require inside delivery, please be aware that this is an additional service that needs to be arranged and paid for directly with the freight company.

For customers located near Miami, we also offer the option of free pickup from our main distribution warehouse. Please note that due to their weight and the risk of damage, our equipment, including the Pioneer Diamante 3 Zone, is not suitable for express or courier shipping.

Important Shipping Update: Due to exceptionally high order volumes during this busy season, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for larger orders to be prepared for shipment. Our team is working diligently around the clock to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We will proactively communicate with you should any unforeseen delays or questions arise regarding your order, especially for popular items like the Pioneer Diamante 3 Zone.

Typical Shipping Timeline: We strive to prepare every shipment within 72 hours of payment receipt (weekdays only). Freight companies typically pick up shipments either the same day or the day after we notify them of readiness. Transit times generally range from 5 to 8 business days, although in rare instances, it may take up to 12 business days.

Tracking information will be provided to you once your shipment is en route. Should you experience any shipping delays, please do not hesitate to contact us. Crucially, please double-check your delivery information when placing your order, ensuring you provide the correct delivery address, an up-to-date email address, and a valid phone number. Someone must be present to receive the shipment at the time of delivery. The delivery company will use your provided phone number to schedule a delivery appointment for residential addresses. If an invalid phone number is provided, delivery cannot be completed, and the shipment will be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be treated as returned merchandise.

Upon delivery, carefully count all cartons and verify the count against the delivery receipt before signing. Thoroughly inspect the goods for any signs of damage immediately upon opening the cartons. All our products, including the Pioneer Diamante 3 Zone, undergo rigorous inspections in ISO-regulated facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If you observe any shipping damages, clearly note them on the delivery receipt and file a claim directly with the freight carrier. Additionally, please contact us with a description of the damages and supporting photographs. While freight damage is infrequent, we are here to assist you in resolving any such issues.

We maintain a comprehensive inventory of all necessary replacement and service parts and components in substantial quantities, ensuring their availability both during and after the warranty period for all our products, including the Pioneer Diamante 3 Zone.
