Shipping Destinations with Ping Pioneer
As a ping pioneer brand, we are committed to reaching our customers across the United States. We confidently ship to all US states, including those often harder to reach, such as APO/FPO military addresses. For our customers in Hawaii and Alaska, we utilize FedEx 2-Day shipping to ensure expedited delivery. Recognizing the unique needs of our military personnel, all orders with APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.
Understanding Your Ping Pioneer Shipping Charges
To keep shipping straightforward, we offer flat rate options. For standard FedEx Ground shipping, a charge of $4.95 applies. However, orders totaling $99 or more qualify for FREE FedEx Ground shipping, a testament to our ping pioneer value offering. For those needing their gear quicker, we provide FedEx 2-Day shipping at a flat rate of $24.95. Please note that bags are not eligible for 2-Day shipping due to their size and handling requirements.
For higher value orders, reflecting our premium product range and ping pioneer status, PING recommends signature required delivery for orders over $500, provided free of charge for your peace of mind. For orders under $500, you can still opt for signature required delivery for a small surcharge of $5.00.
Anticipating Your Ping Pioneer Package Delivery
For standard FedEx Ground shipments, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. If you’ve selected FedEx 2-Day shipping, expect delivery within 2 business days after processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time at our distribution center typically takes 3-5 business days, but this can vary based on order volume. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the processing of golf bag and custom-built golf club orders, reflecting the specialized nature of these ping pioneer products. Ping Pioneer Returns: Simple and Customer-Focused
We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you envisioned. If you are not completely satisfied with your ping.com purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the order placement date for a full refund of the product value plus taxes. It’s important to note that purchases made through 3rd party Authorized retailers cannot be returned directly to PING.
For custom-built golf clubs and customized golf bags, which represent the pinnacle of ping pioneer personalization, a 20% restocking fee applies upon return, unless the return is due to a manufacturing error confirmed by PING. These items must be returned in original condition to be eligible. Eligible returns of custom items will be refunded 80% of the purchase price plus tax. Ballnamic Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for a full refund of the product value plus taxes. Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for apparel where a return tag will be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Returned products must be in new, unused, unaltered condition with all original labels and tags attached.
