Shipping and Return Policies at Pion Dress

At Pion Dress, we are delighted to ship our dresses to over 200 countries worldwide via DHL. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey on the DHL website. To ensure successful delivery, please provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout where you can receive the parcel.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary shipping on all dress orders. Enjoy free delivery, no matter where you are in the world.

Delivery Time

Typically, orders arrive within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your specific location. For a more precise delivery estimate before placing your order, please feel free to contact us.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure events can occasionally extend delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties

Please be aware that all orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that you, the customer, are responsible for any import duties and customs fees that may be levied by your country’s customs authorities upon arrival of your order. As these charges vary and are beyond our control, we recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about potential tariffs before placing your order.

Import and customs duties are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer to ensure customs clearance and release of your parcel. Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being abandoned, which will limit the refund options available for your order, as detailed below.

Return & Refund

For standard size dresses within the US 0 (EUR 32) to US 14 (EUR 46) range, we accept returns. A fixed $80 return fee applies to all returns, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

To initiate a return, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date, as indicated by the tracking information. Following your return notification, you have an additional 7 days to ship the dress back to us.

Returned items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. This means they must be unworn, unaltered, and free from any makeup, hair, or stains. All original tags must still be attached. Upon receipt, returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet these requirements.

Please note that rush fees and original delivery fees are only refundable in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any import and customs duties incurred, which are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

While customer satisfaction is paramount, our return policy has certain limitations. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for the following:

  • Customized orders tailored to specific design requests
  • Dresses made to custom sizes outside of our standard size range
  • Accessories, including veils, jackets, detachable sleeves or skirts, and other additions
  • Orders returned without a valid tracking number
  • Shipments that are discarded or refused by the customer

If a shipment is discarded for any reason, including inability to receive the parcel at the provided address or disagreement with customs fees, the parcel will not be returned to us and will be disposed of by DHL in your country. Such orders are considered ‘completed’ and are not eligible for a refund.
