Shipping Process for Your Mini Split System
We specialize in shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, ensuring your Pioneer 24000 BTU mini split reaches you efficiently. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories, nor do we handle international shipments. Due to the substantial size and weight of HVAC equipment like mini splits, we partner exclusively with reputable freight companies to guarantee safe and reliable delivery. Every shipment is carefully prepared, palletized, strapped securely, and wrapped in protective stretch film to prevent damage during transit.
Upon delivery, you can request the driver to break down the pallet to facilitate easier unloading of individual cartons. Generally, our service includes a Lift Gate for curbside delivery, meaning the driver will unload your mini split to ground level. If you require inside delivery, this can be arranged for an additional fee, which needs to be coordinated and paid directly to the freight company. We also offer a free pickup option from our main distribution warehouse in the Miami area. Please note that due to their weight and fragility, our equipment is not suitable for express or courier shipping.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
