All rates are based on a specific number of guests per cottage unit. For parties exceeding the standard occupancy, an extra person fee of $20 per day or $100 per week will apply. It is essential to inform us in advance about the total number of individuals in your group to ensure comfortable accommodations for everyone at Pioneer Acres Cottages.
During the peak summer season, we kindly request weekly bookings with a Saturday to Saturday schedule. For stays in June, September, and October, a 3-night minimum rental period is in place. Shorter stays at Pioneer Acres Cottages might be available upon request, so don’t hesitate to inquire about your specific needs.
Booking and Payment Policies at Pioneer Acres Cottages
Securing your reservation at Pioneer Acres Cottages is simple. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, which can be paid via credit card or personal check. If you choose to pay by check, we will request a credit card number to temporarily hold your reserved dates until the check is received. The remaining balance is due upon arrival, ensuring a hassle-free check-in process at Pioneer Acres Cottages.
Pioneer Acres Cottages Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, all cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee to cover administrative costs, regardless of the reason for cancellation. We will make every reasonable effort to re-book your reserved dates. In the event that we are unable to re-book, you will be charged for each day that the cottage remains vacant. Any remaining balance after these charges will be refunded to you. Changes to your reserved dates may also be subject to the cancellation policy. We appreciate your earliest possible notification of any cancellation, as it allows us the best opportunity to re-book the cottage and is mutually beneficial.
Linen and Essential Amenities at Pioneer Acres Cottages
To provide you with flexibility and value, guests are kindly asked to bring their own bed linens (sheets, pillowcases), bath towels, and kitchen towels. However, for added convenience, linen packages are available upon request for an additional charge: $20 for 1-bedroom units, $30 for 2-bedroom units, and $40 for 3-bedroom units at Pioneer Acres Cottages.
All our cottage kitchens are fully equipped for your cooking needs, including a microwave. For outdoor enjoyment, Weber grills are provided. Furthermore, each cottage at Pioneer Acres Cottages includes complimentary WiFi/Wireless Internet, Cable TV, and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable and connected stay.

Check-out time is at 10 A.M., and check-in time is at 3 P.M. Early occupancy is generally not possible as we require ample time to thoroughly clean and prepare each cottage between guests to maintain our high standards at Pioneer Acres Cottages. Please note that daily maid service is not provided, allowing for uninterrupted privacy during your stay.
