- Flat Rate FedEx 2-Day: For faster delivery, a FedEx 2-Day option is available at $24.95. Please note that while most items are eligible for this expedited service, golf bags are not eligible for 2-Day shipping due to their size and handling requirements.
For added security and peace of mind, PING recommends signature-required delivery for orders exceeding $500, offered to you free of charge. For orders under $500, you can still opt for signature-required delivery for a small surcharge of $5.00.

For golf bags, including the pioneer ping golf bag, and custom-built golf club orders, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing due to their specialized handling and build requirements. Returns and Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for your complete satisfaction with every PING purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order from ping.com, you can return it within 30 days from the order placement date for a full refund of the product value and applicable taxes.
Please be aware that purchases made through third-party authorized retailers cannot be returned directly to PING.
For returns of custom-built golf clubs and customized golf bags, including pioneer ping golf bags that have been personalized, a 20% restocking fee applies, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect confirmed by PING. Returned items must be in their original condition. In such cases, you will receive a refund of 80% of the purchase price plus tax. Ballnamic Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for a full refund of the product value plus taxes.
Kindly note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for apparel where a return tag will be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Returned products must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
