Pioneer RV Resort Port Aransas Pet Policy Highlights:

Breed Restrictions: Due to insurance, certain dog breeds (AKC defined) are restricted: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers/Chows, American Bulldogs, and Wolf Hybrids. Please declare your breed honestly when booking. Unauthorized dogs will be denied entry, and disruptive or aggressive pets will be evicted without refund.

Restricted Areas: For everyone’s comfort, pets aren’t allowed in cabins, buildings, pools, spas, offices, or the store.

Leash Policy: Always leash your pet when outside your RV or campsite.

Unattended Pets: Never leave pets unattended outside unless in a suitable dog pen and you are present at your site. No pets are allowed outside overnight. Be considerate – avoid leaving barking dogs unattended.

Pet Waste: Immediately clean up and properly dispose of pet waste anywhere in the park, including your site. Keep pets away from landscaping, flowerbeds, and boardwalks when relieving themselves.

Pet Owner Responsibility: You are responsible for your pet’s actions and any damages caused to property. You will be charged for any necessary repairs.

Policy Violations: Repeated policy violations may lead to immediate eviction.

Vaccinations & Health: Ensure your pet is current on all vaccinations and disease-free.
