At Pioneer Technology, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered efficiently and reliably. All prices are displayed in US dollars. We utilize trusted shipping providers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your purchases.
Transit Time
While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, please note that estimated shipping times provided by FedEx or USPS are not guaranteed and Pioneer Technology cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control. Shipping times quoted are estimates and do not include our handling and processing periods. For most in-stock items, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-2 business days after you receive your order confirmation.
International Import Duties
For our international customers, please be aware that your orders may be subject to import taxes levied by your local customs authority upon arrival. These duties and taxes, if applicable, will be clearly presented during the checkout process after you have selected your preferred shipping method.
Returns Policy
Pioneer Technology aims to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and efficient return or replacement process.
Most new products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of original shipment (exceptions may apply – view product exceptions here). Returns are generally accepted without additional fees, unless:
- The product exhibits visible signs of wear or damage due to customer handling.
- The product is returned without its original packaging, box, accessories, or manuals.
If the returned item is confirmed to be not defective, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Furthermore, the original shipping cost incurred by Pioneer Technology will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For products falling outside the 30-day return window, any warranty claims must be addressed directly with the product manufacturer, adhering to their specific policies and procedures. Replacements for verified defective units will be dispatched once the faulty product has been returned to and received at our facility for inspection.
Equipment Warranties – Including A9 Pioneer Products
Pioneer Technology stands behind the quality of its products. All Pioneer Technology branded products, including our A9 Pioneer line of innovative devices and accessories, are covered by a comprehensive 1-year full warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. However, it explicitly excludes damage resulting from physical abuse (such as dropping, impact damage, or misuse) or water damage. In the event of a product malfunction covered by warranty, upon notification, receipt, and inspection of the damaged product, Pioneer Technology will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
Please note that any unauthorized modifications or alterations to Pioneer Technology equipment will void the product warranty. If you have purchased your Pioneer Technology device from an authorized reseller, we recommend initially contacting them for replacement or service inquiries. It is important to be aware that Pioneer Technology midi controllers and accessories purchased from non-authorized vendors are not covered by any warranty.
Third-Party Product Warranties
For products sold by Pioneer Technology that are manufactured by third-party companies, all warranty claims are managed directly through the respective manufacturer. Pioneer Technology facilitates third-party exchanges only within 15 days from the customer’s receipt of the item. It is important to note that Pioneer Technology does not provide technical support for third-party products; customers should consult the manufacturer’s support resources for assistance.
