As the cattle arrive “home” to Roberts Ranch, the festivities truly begin, featuring a wide array of activities including captivating trade demonstrations, live music, artisan crafts, diverse food vendors, and thrilling alligator wrestling shows. The event also provides family-friendly fun at the Kids’ Korral, complete with a petting zoo, engaging games, and creative crafts designed for children.

The Immokalee Cattle Drive and Jamboree at the Immokalee Pioneer Museum at Roberts Ranch is more than just an event; it’s an immersive experience into the pioneer lifestyle and the deep-rooted agricultural traditions of Southwest Florida. The day kicks off early, with parking opening at 7:30 AM, followed by a hearty 4-H Pancake Breakfast for just $8. Main Street Immokalee will see road closures from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM as preparations for the cattle drive ramp up, with shuttle services available to ensure smooth access. The highlight, the Cattle Drive itself, takes place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, transforming Main Street into a scene reminiscent of Florida’s cowboy past. Immediately following the drive, the Jamboree springs to life from 11:15 AM to 3:00 PM, offering a full afternoon of entertainment and activities at the Immokalee Pioneer Museum at Roberts Ranch.

Witness the skills of pioneer tradespeople, including Swamp Cabbage Demo with Kathryn Thomas, Seminole Wood Carving with Pedro Zepeda, Handmade Whips by Dan, Native Beading and Basketweaving with Lorraine Posada, honey products from Rubee’s Honey, blacksmithing with Scott Teele and the Florida Artist Blacksmith Association, and soapmaking and Dutch oven cooking demos by UFIFAS.
