From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, immerse yourself in a world where vintage tractors rumble to life, steam engines hiss with power, and the craftsmanship of bygone eras is proudly showcased. Just a short drive south of the Twin Cities in Hastings, Minnesota, this event provides an accessible escape into history, offering a unique experience far beyond the typical festival or fair.

Admission and Practical Information for Your Visit

Planning your visit to the Little Log House Pioneer Village Antique Power Show is straightforward. General admission is reasonably priced at $12 per day for adults (13 and older), with a weekend pass available for $24. Children 12 and under enjoy free entry, making it an affordable family outing. Group rates are also available – simply call or email for details to accommodate larger parties. Once inside, food and refreshments are conveniently available on-site, ensuring you can comfortably spend the entire day exploring. Please note that coolers are not permitted to be brought into the event grounds.

Golf Cart and Motorized Vehicle Policy: Accessibility and Convenience

To ensure everyone can comfortably navigate the expansive grounds of the Little Log House Pioneer Village, golf cart rentals are available with a revised policy focused on accessibility. Reservations are prioritized for individuals with handicap registrations, proof of need, or those 65 years and older (ID required). Reservations can be made from May 1st until Friday, July 18th, and are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After this period, golf carts are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To reserve a golf cart, email your request including your name, phone number, preferred cart size (2 or 4 passenger), desired day (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday), rental duration (half or full day), and time (8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., or 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Confirmation will be provided based on availability. Four-passenger carts have limited availability. Two-seater carts are priced at $90 for a full day or $50 for a half day, while four-seater carts are $120 for a full day or $70 for a half day. Payment is accepted in cash or check only upon pickup; an ATM is available on site for your convenience.

Drivers must be 65 or older unless the renter is unable to drive, in which case the driver must be 18 or older with a valid ID. Golf carts must remain on designated roads, and pedestrians always have the right-of-way. Unattended golf carts and driving under the influence of alcohol are prohibited. Little Log House staff reserves the right to terminate rentals for policy violations.

Personal motorized vehicles, including golf carts, mobility scooters, and certain utility vehicles (like John Deere Gators), are permitted with specific conditions. Proof of handicap registration, need, or driver age (65+) is required, along with a certificate of liability insurance. A $25 registration fee applies unless a handicap registration is presented. All motorized vehicles must be registered at the registration building, and Little Log House Properties reserves the right to deny any vehicle. ATVs are not allowed, and driving after dark is prohibited.
