Due to the substantial size and weight of Pioneer Mini Split systems and related HVAC equipment, we rely on reputable freight companies for shipping. Rest assured, every shipment is meticulously prepared: palletized, securely strapped down, and wrapped in protective stretch film to prevent damage during transit. This careful packaging ensures your Pioneer 12000 BTU Mini Split arrives in perfect condition, ready for installation.
Upon delivery, you have the option to request the driver to break down the pallet into individual cartons for easier unloading. Typically, our service includes Lift Gate delivery, meaning the driver will unload your Pioneer Mini Split from the truck to ground level at the curb. If you require inside delivery service, this can be arranged for an additional charge, which needs to be coordinated and paid directly to the freight company. Alternatively, we offer free pickup from our main distribution warehouse in the Miami area. Please note that due to their weight and fragility, Pioneer Mini Split systems are not suitable for express or courier shipping.

Freight companies typically pick up shipments on the same day or the day after we notify them that the order is ready. If you observe any shipping damage, it is crucial to report it to the freight carrier directly on the delivery receipt and immediately file a claim with them. In addition, please contact us with a detailed description of the damage, accompanied by photos. While freight damage is infrequent, we are here to assist you in resolving any such issues.
