Shipping Information

We exclusively ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other US Territories, nor do we offer international shipping. Due to the substantial size and weight of our equipment, including Pioneer 18000 Btu Mini Split systems, we rely on reputable freight companies for shipping. To ensure protection against transit damage, every shipment is securely palletized, strapped down, and wrapped in stretch film.

Upon delivery, you may request the driver to disassemble the pallet into individual cartons for easier unloading from the truck. Generally, we include a Lift Gate service as part of our standard shipping for heavier items like Pioneer 18000 BTU mini split units. This provides curbside delivery, where the driver will unload the goods from the truck to ground level. If you require inside delivery service, it can be arranged for an additional fee, which must be coordinated and paid directly to the freight company. Alternatively, we offer free in-person pickup from our main distribution center located in the Miami area. Please be aware that due to their weight and fragility, the equipment we sell, including mini split systems, is not suitable for express or courier shipping.

Due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders during this busy season, processing larger orders, which may include multiple Pioneer 18000 BTU mini split units, may require an additional 3-5 business days for preparation before shipment. We are working diligently around the clock to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of any unforeseen delays or if we have any questions regarding your order.

Typically, we prepare each shipment within 72 hours of payment receipt (weekdays only). Freight carriers usually pick up shipments on the same day or the day after we notify them that the shipment is ready. Transit times can vary from 5 to 8 business days, and in rare instances, may extend up to 12 business days. This timeframe applies to deliveries within the contiguous United States for products like the Pioneer 18000 BTU mini split.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information. Should you experience any shipping delays, please do not hesitate to contact us. It is essential that someone is present to receive the delivery at the scheduled time. Then, open the cartons and thoroughly inspect the contents for any signs of damage. If you observe any shipping damages, it is imperative to report them to the freight carrier directly on the delivery receipt and immediately file a claim with them. In addition, please contact us with a detailed description of the damages, accompanied by photographs, etc. While shipping damages are infrequent, they can occur, and we are here to assist you in resolving any issues.
