Full Payment Plan
For families who prefer to pay tuition in a single installment, the full payment plan is available. The entire tuition amount is due on or before the agreed-upon due date. This option simplifies the payment process with just one transaction.
Installment Payment Plans
To provide greater flexibility, Pioneer Academy Wayne offers installment payment options. These plans allow families to spread tuition payments over several installments:
Three Installment Plan
This plan divides the tuition into three payments, due on or before the 5th, 15th, or 25th of June, September, and December, based on your chosen date.
Eight Installment Plan
The eight installment plan extends payments over eight months, with monthly payments due on or before the 5th, 15th, or 25th of each month from June through January, according to your selected date.
Important Note Regarding Credit Card Payments and Installment Fees: Families choosing to pay tuition via credit card through Veracross will be responsible for covering all associated service fees. Additionally, installment plans incur an extra fee of $75 per installment. This results in a total additional fee of $225 for the Three Installment Plan and $600 for the Eight Installment Plan.

Lunch and Snack Programs
Pioneer Academy Wayne partners with Newline Catering Company for lunch services. Newline Catering provides lunch options for students in Pre-K through 12th grade and snack options for students in grades K-4. Enrollment for lunch and snack programs begins annually on June 15th through the Newline Catering website.
