Health Insurance: Choose from four United Healthcare options, including HMO, PPO, and a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA).
Dental Insurance: MetLife provides two dental plan options, a Low Plan and a High Plan, both offering in-network and out-of-network coverage. The High Plan also includes orthodontia benefits.
Vision Insurance: Benefit from vision coverage through EyeMed Vision or VSP Vision plans. Both plans offer comprehensive eye exam coverage, allowances for frames and contact lenses, and access to major retail chains within their networks.
Long-Term Disability Insurance: Provides income protection, paying 60% of earnings (up to $6,000/month) after a 60-day elimination period.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance: Pioneer Center provides basic life insurance coverage at 1.5 times your annual salary, including AD&D benefit. Employee-paid supplemental life insurance options are also available for yourself, spouse, and children.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Set aside pre-tax dollars for dependent care and/or unreimbursed medical expenses.
Health Savings Account (HSA): For those enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan, an HSA allows you to use pre-tax dollars for medical expenses.
Personal Days: Enjoy one personal day after 6 months of employment, and two days annually thereafter.
Sick Time: Accrue sick time from your start date, earning 5 days in the first year and increasing to 10 days annually from your anniversary date. Unused sick time can accumulate up to 60 days.
Vacation Time: Full-time employees accrue vacation time after 6 months, starting with 5 days in the first year, increasing to 15 days after five years, and 20 days after ten years of service.
Holiday Pay: Enjoy paid holidays as per the agency calendar, typically including major holidays and a floating holiday.
Bereavement Leave: Paid leave is provided in the event of a death in your immediate family.
Jury Duty: Receive release time at full pay, with jury duty compensation reimbursed to the agency.
403(b) Retirement Plan: Automatic enrollment after 30 days with employer and employee contribution options to help you save for your future.
Professional Liability Insurance: Pioneer Center provides professional liability coverage for all employees.
