Business Instructors (Accounting)
NPC’s Business Department has openings for instructors to teach accounting courses, specifically:
- BUS 114 – Survey of Accounting: We need an enthusiastic instructor to introduce students to the fundamentals of financial and managerial accounting. You will create engaging recorded lectures and facilitate discussions to help students grasp core accounting principles.

Construction Technology Instructor
Opportunities are available in Whiteriver and Vernon, with potential for expansion to other locations. We are seeking experienced individuals in Construction Technology. Qualified candidates should possess an associate degree with 3 years of relevant experience, a general contractor’s license with 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an excellent chance to mentor aspiring construction professionals and contribute to local workforce development.
Computer Information Systems Instructor
We are expanding our pool of adjunct faculty in Computer Information Systems to meet growing demand. Positions are available in Winslow/Holbrook and Show Low/Snowflake areas, teaching micro-credentials, short-term classes, and offering substitute teaching. Online teaching opportunities are also available. Requirements vary by location and modality, with online roles requiring a master’s degree in a related field, while on-campus roles consider bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees with experience, or relevant certifications with experience.
Lead Adjunct Fire Science Academy Instructor
Join our Fire Science Academy at the Northern Arizona Training Center (NATC) in Snowflake as a Lead Adjunct Instructor. This critical role requires FF I & II Certification (NFPA 1001 National Accredited) and Instructor I Certification (NFPA 1041). Experience instructing fire academies following NFPA 1001 standards and familiarity with AzCFSE skills are essential. You will work closely with NPC’s Fire Science Department to deliver high-quality training to future firefighters. Non-lead instructor applications are also welcome.
