Spring into Fun at the Jelly Bean Fling
As spring blossoms, the Pioneer Florida Museum & Village will host its annual Jelly Bean Fling on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 10 am to 4 pm. This spectacular Spring Festival is perfect for families, offering a day packed with fun activities. Children will be thrilled with pony rides, face painting, games with prizes, and make-and-take arts and crafts. Live entertainment and unique vendors will add to the festive atmosphere. Explore traditional craft demonstrations, including the blacksmith’s forge, and marvel at model trains. Capture precious memories with FREE photos with the Easter Bunny and join in the exciting Easter Egg Hunt. World War II Living History Days: Educational Immersion
The Pioneer Florida Museum & Village is dedicated to providing educational experiences, and the World War II Living History Field Trip Day on Friday, April 25, 2025, from 9 am to 1 pm, is a prime example. Introduction to Weaving Class
For those interested in traditional crafts, the Pioneer Florida Museum & Village offers an Introduction to Weaving class. Learn the fundamentals of weaving with a focus on multi-harness looms. Participants will prepare a table loom and weave a sampler, learning about loom parts, weaving terms, and tools. All materials are provided for this introductory class.
