In our Spicer office, Jim Tetzloff, the President of PHI, brings over 35 years of industry experience, with nearly 30 years dedicated to Pioneer Heritage Insurance. Brian Nelson, an Agent in the same office, adeptly handles both commercial and personal lines of insurance, offering broad expertise to our clientele. Karla Ohden, our Bookkeeper, is essential to our operations, managing accounting and payroll while also contributing to customer service. Denise Dierenfeld, our newest Customer Service Representative (CSR), plays a crucial role behind the scenes, providing vital support and expertly handling customer inquiries. Adding to our team’s dynamism, Chris Brogdon joined PHI in July 2024, bringing four years of prior experience across various insurance sectors. Licensed in property/casualty and life/health insurance across MN, ND, and SD, Chris expands our service capabilities and geographic reach.
Our Pennock office is anchored by Kevin Crowley, an Agent with over 40 years of experience and a specialist in crop insurance, providing deep expertise in this niche area. Danell Johnson, Agent, supports our crop insurance clients with dedicated service and also writes personal lines policies, offering comprehensive support in Pennock. Chloe Lien, a recent addition to the team, brings fresh perspectives and energy to our Pennock operations.
The Willmar Branch is managed by Sarah Gustafson, our Operations Manager and an Agent with over 20 years of experience. Sarah oversees HR and organizational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient branch operations. Mackenzie Bowman, serving as CSR, also manages our social media presence, keeping our online communications current and engaging. Breck Erickson, an Agent since 2022, focuses on personal lines and farm clients, as well as small commercial businesses, demonstrating our commitment to diverse client needs in Willmar.
Our Litchfield office is staffed by Trisha Kruse, an agent since 2003 who joined us in 2019. Trisha’s broad expertise covers commercial, personal lines, and life/health insurance, making her a versatile asset to our Litchfield clients. Krys Berggren, an Agent with a background in sales and customer service, concentrates primarily on personal lines, ensuring individual clients receive focused attention.
