Pioneer Mini Split 18000 BTU Shipping Information
We specialize in shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories, nor do we offer international shipping. Due to the dimensions and weight of HVAC equipment, especially units like the Pioneer Mini Split 18000 BTU, we rely on reputable freight carriers to ensure safe and secure delivery. Each Pioneer Mini Split 18000 BTU unit and similar equipment is meticulously palletized, strapped, and stretch-wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Upon delivery of your Pioneer Mini Split 18000 BTU, you can request the driver to disassemble the pallet for easier unloading of individual cartons. Lift Gate service is generally included, providing curbside delivery. The freight driver will unload your Pioneer Mini Split 18000 BTU and other items to ground level. Should you require inside delivery, this can be arranged for an additional fee, payable separately and coordinated directly with the freight company. Alternatively, free pickup is available from our Miami-area distribution center.
