Shipping Destinations: Where Does PING Deliver?
PING proudly ships to all states within the United States, including addresses for our dedicated military personnel stationed at APO/FPO locations. For our customers in Hawaii and Alaska, we utilize FedEx 2-Day shipping to ensure timely delivery. All orders destined for APO/FPO addresses are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), honoring our commitment to reach every corner of our US community.
Understanding Your PING Shipping Charges
We offer straightforward and affordable shipping options. For standard FedEx Ground shipping, a flat rate of $4.95 applies. Enjoy complimentary FedEx Ground shipping on orders totaling $99 or more. For expedited delivery, FedEx 2-Day shipping is available for $24.95. Please note that golf bags are not eligible for 2-Day shipping due to their size and handling requirements.
For orders exceeding $500, PING recommends and provides complimentary signature-required delivery for added security and peace of mind. For orders under $500, you have the option to select signature-required delivery for a surcharge of $5.00. This ensures your valuable purchase arrives safely and directly into your hands.
Anticipating Your PING Package Delivery
For standard FedEx Ground shipments, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed at our distribution center. If you choose FedEx 2-Day shipping, expect delivery within 2 business days after processing.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times can range from 3-5 business days before shipment, depending on order volume. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the processing of golf bags and custom-built golf club orders, as these require specialized handling and attention. For specific shipping details and timelines for PING x Hideoki products, please refer to the individual product pages, as these may vary.
PING Returns Policy: Ensuring Your Satisfaction
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PING purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process. Please note that purchases made through 3rd party authorized retailers cannot be returned directly to PING.
For purchases made directly from ping.com, you may return your order within 30 days from the original order placement date for a full refund of the product value and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Custom-built golf clubs and customized golf bags are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return, unless the return is due to a manufacturing error confirmed by PING. To be eligible for a refund (80% of purchase price plus tax for eligible custom items), these items must be returned in their original condition. Ballnamic Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for a full refund of the product value plus taxes, provided they are returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition with all original labels and tags attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for apparel, for which a return tag will be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
