For the safety and comfort of all our guests, and due to insurance restrictions, Pioneer RV Park does not permit the following dog breeds, as defined by the AKC: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers/Chows, American Bulldogs, and Wolf Hybrids. It is essential to honestly disclose your dog’s breed during reservation. Non-disclosure or attempting to bring a restricted breed will result in denial of park entry for the pet. Any pet displaying vicious, aggressive behavior, or excessive barking will also be asked to leave the park without refund.
Restricted Areas for Pets
To ensure the hygiene and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in cabins, buildings, swimming pool areas, spas, offices, or the store at Pioneer RV Park Texas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping these areas pet-free.
Leash Policy
For the safety of your pet and fellow guests, all pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your RV at Pioneer RV Park. This policy is in place to prevent unwanted interactions and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Unattended Pets
While we understand pets are part of the family, for their safety and the consideration of other guests, pets should not be left unattended outside at your campsite unless they are secured in an appropriately sized dog pen. You must be present at your RV or campsite when your pet is outside. Leaving dogs outside overnight is strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of noise levels; do not leave barking dogs unattended for extended periods, either inside your RV or outside.
Pet Waste Management
Maintaining a clean park is a priority at Pioneer RV Park Texas. Pet owners are required to immediately pick up and properly dispose of pet waste anywhere in the park, including your campsite. Please ensure your pet does not relieve itself on shrubs, flowerbeds, landscaping, planted areas, or boardwalks.
Responsibility for Pet Behavior and Damages
Pet owners are fully responsible for their pet’s actions and any damages they may cause to Pioneer RV Park property or the property of other guests. Any necessary charges to cover damage repairs caused by your pet will be assessed accordingly.
