Pioneer Wifi Shipping Information
We exclusively ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, nor do we offer international shipping for Pioneer Wifi products. Due to the dimensions and weight of Pioneer Wifi equipment, we partner with reputable freight carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Every Pioneer Wifi shipment is carefully palletized, secured with straps, and wrapped in protective film to prevent damage during transit.
Upon delivery of your Pioneer Wifi equipment, you may request the driver to disassemble the pallet for easier unloading of individual boxes. Lift Gate service is typically included for curbside delivery. The driver will unload your Pioneer Wifi order from the truck to ground level. If inside delivery is required, it can be arranged for an additional fee, payable separately and coordinated with the freight company. Alternatively, free pickup is available from our main distribution center in the Miami area. Please note that due to weight and potential damage risks, express or courier shipping is not suitable for Pioneer Wifi equipment.
Due to increased order volumes and peak season demands, larger Pioneer Wifi orders may require an additional 3-5 business days for shipment preparation. We typically prepare Pioneer Wifi shipments within 72 business hours of payment receipt (weekdays only). Freight companies generally pick up shipments on the same day or the day after notification of readiness. Transit times can range from 5 to 8 business days, and in rare instances, up to 12 business days.
Tracking information will be provided once your Pioneer Wifi order has shipped. Please contact us if you experience any shipping delays. DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR DELIVERY INFORMATION TO ENSURE ACCURACY, INCLUDING YOUR ADDRESS, EMAIL, AND A WORKING PHONE NUMBER. Someone must be present to receive the Pioneer Wifi shipment at the time of delivery. The delivery company will call to schedule a delivery appointment for residential addresses. If an invalid phone number is provided, delivery cannot be completed, and the shipment may be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be treated as returned merchandise.
Upon arrival, carefully count all boxes and verify against the delivery receipt before signing. Open the boxes and thoroughly inspect your Pioneer Wifi equipment for any damage. All Pioneer Wifi products undergo rigorous inspection in ISO-certified facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Report any shipping damage to the freight carrier on the delivery receipt and initiate a claim. Additionally, contact us with details and photos of any damage. While infrequent, shipping damage can occur, and we are here to assist you.
