All prices on our site are listed in US currency, and we ship orders via USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the best option for your location and the items ordered. Rest assured, your personal data is handled with utmost care and will never be sold or transferred to third parties.

While we strive for speedy delivery, please note that estimated shipping times provided by FedEx or USPS are not guarantees. Delays outside of our control may occur, and unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered for these instances. Estimated ship times are separate from our handling and processing times. For most in-stock items, you can expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days after you receive your order confirmation. We work diligently to get your v10 pioneer and other technology to you as quickly as possible.

International Import Duties

For our international customers eager to experience pioneer technology, please be aware that orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes. These taxes are levied by your local customs authority and must be paid upon arrival of your order. To provide transparency, duties and taxes, if applicable, are calculated and shown during the checkout process after you’ve selected your shipping method. We stand behind the quality of the gear we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be as fast and fair as possible, should you need to return or replace an item.

30-Day Return Window for Most New Products

Most brand new products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of original shipment. You can find a list of product exceptions here. Returns within this window are generally free of additional fees unless certain conditions are not met:

  1. Visible Wear or Damage: The product(s) must be returned in new condition, without visible signs of wear or damage.
  2. Missing Original Packaging: The product must be returned with its original box, packaging, accessories, and manuals. Please ensure everything is included as you received it, especially for items like the v10 pioneer controllers, which require careful packaging for safe return.

If the returned item is NOT defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, the cost of the original shipment will be deducted from your refund. We encourage you to contact our support team if you have any questions about whether your return qualifies.

Products returned outside of our 30-day return window are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures. In cases of defective units within the warranty period, replacements will be dispatched once the defective product(s) has been returned to and received at our facility for inspection.

DJTT Product Warranties

All DJ TechTools branded products, including Midi Fighters, Chroma Cables, Chroma Caps, and other Chroma accessories, are covered by a 1-year full warranty. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects but does not cover damage resulting from physical abuse (dropping, beating, slamming, etc.) or water damage.

Upon notification, receipt, and inspection of a broken DJTT product, we will send out a new replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that any modifications to the equipment will void the warranty. If you purchased your DJTT device from an authorized reseller, please contact them first for replacement or service. DJTT midi controllers and accessories purchased from non-authorized vendors do not carry any warranty.

Third-Party Product Warranties

Warranty claims for all third-party products are handled directly through the respective manufacturer. The sole exception is that we will process third-party exchanges within 15 days of you receiving the item. Please note that DJTT does not provide technical support for third-party products; for assistance, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
