Facility Rentals at Pioneer Park Community Center

Looking for a venue to host your next meeting or special event? Pioneer Park Community Center offers room rentals at hourly rates, inclusive of HST. Capacities listed are for chair-only setups, and will be reduced if tables are required.

  • Seating capacity for 45 people – $44.00 per hour (HST included)
  • Room two – Seating capacity for 20 people – $22.43 per hour (HST included)
  • Room three – Seating capacity for 35 people – $44.43 per hour (HST included)
  • Multipurpose room / gym (single) – Seating capacity for 200 people – $69.61 per hour (HST included)
  • Gymnasium – Seating capacity for 300 people – $69.61 per hour (HST included)

Please note that rentals booked outside of regular business hours require a three-hour minimum and will incur additional staff charges. Depending on your event, additional costs may apply for Resound and SOCAN fees, insurance, and licensing.
