To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests, including your furry friends, we have established the following pet policies. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
Breed Restrictions
For the safety and comfort of all guests, and due to insurance regulations, we have restrictions on certain dog breeds. The following breeds, as defined by the AKC, are not permitted at Pioneer RV Beach Resort: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, American Bulldogs, and Wolf Hybrids. When making your reservation, it is essential to honestly disclose your dog’s breed. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry upon arrival. Any pet exhibiting vicious, aggressive behavior, or excessive barking will also be asked to leave the park without refund.
Restricted Areas for Pets
While we love having pets, there are certain areas within Pioneer RV Beach Resort that are pet-free zones for health and safety reasons. Pets are not allowed inside cabins, any park buildings, swimming pools and pool areas, spas, the resort office, or the store. We appreciate your understanding and compliance in keeping these areas exclusive for everyone’s enjoyment.
Leash Policy
For the safety of your pet and other guests, all pets must be kept on a leash at all times when they are outside your RV or campsite. This is a strict rule to prevent any unexpected encounters and ensure a controlled environment throughout Pioneer RV Beach Resort.
Unattended Pets
We understand you might need to leave your pet at your campsite temporarily. Pets should not be left unattended outside unless they are secured in a dog pen appropriate for their size and only when you are present at your RV site or inside your RV. Leaving pets unattended outside overnight is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, please be mindful of your neighbors and avoid leaving dogs unattended for extended periods if they are prone to barking, whether inside your RV or outside.
Pet Waste Management
Maintaining a clean and pleasant environment is a priority at Pioneer RV Beach Resort. If your pet relieves itself anywhere within the park, including your campsite, you are required to immediately pick up the droppings, bag them, and dispose of them properly in designated trash receptacles. Please do not allow your pet to urinate or defecate on shrubs, flowerbeds, landscaping, planted areas around the recreation hall, or the boardwalk.
Responsibility for Pet Behavior and Damages
As a pet owner, you are fully responsible for the actions of your pet. This includes any damages caused by your pet to Pioneer RV Beach Resort property or the property of other guests. You will be assessed applicable charges to cover the cost of any necessary repairs resulting from your pet’s actions.
Policy Violations
To ensure a harmonious environment for all, repeated violations of these pet policies may unfortunately lead to immediate eviction from Pioneer RV Beach Resort. We hope for your understanding and adherence to these guidelines.
Pet Health Requirements
For the well-being of all pets and guests at Pioneer RV Beach Resort, we require that all pets are up-to-date on all necessary vaccinations and are free of any communicable diseases. This helps us maintain a healthy and safe environment for everyone to enjoy.
